Mr. Long spent ten years with Novare Group, one of the leading condominium and mixed-use developers in the southeast. As chief investment officer, Mr. Long was responsible, either directly and/or as chief investment officer, for the design, development, financing and sales of more than 6,000 multi-family units across scores of projects valued at more than $2 billion. Projects ranged in size from a couple of million dollars to more than $200 million. While at Novare, Mr. Long also led the successful acquisition and/or development of more than 1.1 million square feet of high rise office, and 300,000 square feet of urban, street-front retail. Prior to joining Novare Group, Mr. Long enjoyed a successful career with Finova and, prior to that, Belgravia Capital in the mortgage banking business. Mr. Long graduated from Georgia Tech in 1985 in Industrial Systems Engineering.
Mr. Randall has 30 years of experience in the multi family industry. He most recently served as Southeast Regional Director at Wood Partners from 1999 through 2009 with direct responsibility for Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. During his tenure the Atlanta based group under his leadership was responsible for the financing, development and disposition of over 10,000 apartments in 35 projects with a total capitalization of over $1.3B. These projects represent a diverse portfolio of multifamily housing including Market Rate Apartments, Workforce Housing, Age Restricted Apartments, Student Housing, and For Sale Condominiums. In addition Mr. Randall managed Wood Partners entry into High-Rise Condominium development with projects in Atlanta, Denver, Houston, Dallas, Orlando and West Palm Beach. Previously Mr. Randall was with Gables Residential Trust (REIT) where he served as Regional Vice President of Development. From 1985 to 1998, Mr. Randall worked at Post Properties, Inc. (REIT) where he served as Senior Vice President of Construction Operations. During his tenure at Post, Mr. Randall was responsible for the construction of over 9000 apartments in 26 communities throughout the southeast. These projects ranged from Low-Density Garden Apartments to High-Density Mixed-Use projects. Mr. Randall graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1982, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.
